Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Camino Prep is operated by Camino Profesional Ltd ("Camino Prep", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of caminoprep.com, every country subdomain (e.g. nigeria.caminoprep.com, japan.caminoprep.com), and portal.caminoprep.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Camino Prep publishes practice questions, exam simulations and related study material ("Concours Content") for competitive exams in the countries where we operate. Some Concours Content is free to browse; some requires purchasing a question pack or full exam access ("Products"). One account can hold entitlements across every country you buy into.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Purchases and entitlements

Prices are shown in the local currency of the country site you're purchasing from. Once a purchase completes, the corresponding entitlement is tied to your account, not to a device or session, and remains available to you even if that country's site is later deactivated for new purchases, unless these Terms or applicable law say otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, scrape, redistribute or publicly share Concours Content, attempt to circumvent access controls on content you haven't purchased, or use the Service in a way that disrupts it for other users.

6. Content accuracy

We source and adapt Concours Content from publicly available exam syllabi, past papers and official notices. Exam formats and syllabi can change after we publish; Camino Prep is a study aid, not a guarantee of exam outcomes, and exam and issuing-body names referenced on the Service belong to their respective owners.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; purchased entitlements are not automatically refunded on voluntary account closure.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
